Beginning in January, all Grades 6 students will be participating in the VIP Program with Officer Passarelli from York Regional Police. We continue to promote Healthy Eating by providing all students with a weekly snack (fruit, vegetable or dairy product). Students have been very receptive to our Healthy Snack initiative! Healthy bodies promote healthy minds! Between January 20 to January 24, 2020 all students will participate in a healthy lunch challenge, where they will be keeping track of their lunches. As an enhancement to the Dance curriculum, all grades 4, 5 and 6 students will be participating in EIGHT sessions of ballroom dancing. The Grade 4 students will learn the Waltz, Swing and Merengue 2 and the grades 5 and 6 classes will learn the Tango, Foxtrot, Merengue 1.
