Carnival / Carnevale

The students and staff will be participating in Winter Carnival during the week of February 21st to 25th. During part of the morning on Thursday, February 24th, all students will participate in our very own ICN Winter Olympics!  Please see the attached FLYER for Carnival details!

Term 1 Report Cards Available February 8 on Parent Portal

Immaculate Conception will be delivering report cards electronically on Tuesday, February 8th (after 4:00 PM) via the Parent Portal. Parents are encouraged to sign-on to the Parent Portal in advance of February 8th, 2022 to ensure your username and password will allow access. Please note that the Multimedia area of the Parent Portal is not visible until report cards are available electronically.

Pediculosis (Head Lice)

The York Catholic District School Board recognizes concerns related to pediculosis (head lice) at the school and community level.  Pediculosis (head lice) are not a public hazard, as they do not cause illness, but they are a nuisance.  To prevent pediculosis (head lice) from becoming a problem at our school we all need to work together.  Please check your child’s head on a regular basis ... Picture Day

Lifetouch will be at our school on Wednesday, November 17 to take individual photographs of all students in FDK to grade 8. Students DO NOT need to be in standardized uniform on this day.

Safety protocols, as per YRPH, will be in place.

Treaties Recognition Week: November 1-7

Treaties Recognition Week is the first week of November every year. It was introduced in 2016 to honour the importance of treaties and to help Ontarians learn more about treaty rights and treaty relationships.
