The York Region Public Health Department will be at ICN on Wednesday, October 2nd to administer the first dosage of the HPV and Hepatitis B immunizations. YRPH mailed out immunization consent forms in August directly to families with children enrolled in grade 7 for this school year. These
forms, once completed are to be returned by email, mail, or fax to the region’s Health Office. If you did not receive the forms you can download it by visiting the following web-
